Reset my Adaptive Web Hosting account password

If you forgot your Adaptive Web Hosting account password, you can reset it.

1. Go to our Reset Password page.
2. Enter your Username or your Customer #.
3. Complete the Security challenge, and then click Submit. In a few minutes, you’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
